Maruti Suzuki has inaugurated a community hall in Naharpur Kasan village of Manesar in the state of Haryana, with a vision to improve the quality of life of people in its adopted villages. The newly constructed community hall will meet the requirement of having a common place for people residing in the village, where they can organize their social gatherings and events.

The company has designed a comprehensive village development plan in consultation with village communities and panchayat leaders. The village development plan includes projects under water & sanitation, education, health and creation of common community assets. The company aims to develop 26 villages in next four years.
