Bilpower board to consider financial results
Date: 04-08-2012Bilpower has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on August 14, 2012, to consider and approve un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2012 and to take note of limited review report thereon, the annual report for the year ended March 31, 2012 along with the board of directors report and the re-appointment of Rajendra Kumar Choudhary as a whole-time director subject to shareholder’s approval at the ensuing annual general meeting.
