Shaily Engineering Plastics board considers resignation of chairman cum director
Date: 06-08-2012Shaily Engineering Plastics has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 04, 2012, considered and took note of resignation of Hasmukh Shah as the chairman and director of the company with effect from June 25, 2012.
Further, the board appointed Mahendra Sanghvi as the new chairman of the board and Pushp Raj Singhvi and Samaresh Panda as additional directors with effect from September 01, 2012.
