Wipro resolves issue and allotment of shares
Date: 06-08-2012Wipro has informed that administrative committee of the company's board of directors vide circular resolution dated August 03, 2012 resolved to issue and allot 153034 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004, Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005, and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007.
