Date: 01-02-2019State Bank of India (SBI) has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.
The Bank has reported a net profit of Rs 3,954.81 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 2,416.37 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the Bank increased by 11.81% at Rs 70,311.84 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 62,887.06 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidate basis, the Bank has reported a net profit of Rs 4709.15 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to net loss of Rs 1886.57 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY18. Total consolidated income of the Bank increased by 13.69% at Rs 84,350.11 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 74,190.87 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
