Hindustan Unilever allots equity shares
Date: 07-08-2012Hindustan Unilever has informed that the committee of the board in its meeting held on August 06, 2012, has allotted 92,399 equity shares of Rs. 1 each under ESOP, which vide shareholder's resolution dated May 29, 2006, is known as 2006 HLL Performance Share Scheme.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the company has increased to 216,18,86,533 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,50,05,509 shares.
