Parth Alluminium board will consider quarterly results
Date: 07-08-2012Parth Alluminium has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on August 14, 2012, to consider and approve date, place, time and draft notice of the annual general meeting of the members of the company and the date of book closure for the purpose of the annual general meeting.
Further, the board will also consider and approve unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2012, to be delisted from the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange and Jaipur Stock Exchange.
