Kwality Dairy India board will approve quarterly results
Date: 07-08-2012Kwality Dairy India has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on August 14, 2012, to consider and approve the audited balance sheet as on March 31, 2012 along with profit & loss account for the year ended March 31, 2012 and the unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
Further, the board will consider and approve the notice for calling annual general meeting along with the directors' report for the year ended March 31, 2012 and the recommendation of dividend for financial year 2011-12.
