Safari Industries (India) to sell company’s premises for Rs 3.60 crore

Safari Industries (India) has received an approval for the sale of the office premises of the company located at Jayalaxmi Industrial Premises Co-operative Society, Kurla in Mumbai for a consideration of Rs 3.60 crore to Candy Spirits. The board at its meeting held on August 06, 2012 has approved for the same.

Safari Industries (India) manufactures injection-moulded plastic articles and vacuum-formed plastic articles.
