Britannia Industries reports 14% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Britannia Industries has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2018.

The company has reported a rise of 21.48% in its net profit at Rs 302.70 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 249.17 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.88% at Rs 2758.61 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 2443.76 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 14.07% in its net profit at Rs 300.69 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 263.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 11.49% at Rs 2,902.44 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 2,603.42 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
