Hindalco Industries has achieved consistent Aluminium metal production of 324 kt in Q3FY19, as its plants continued to operate at peak designed capacities. The company has registered VAP (CC Rod) production at 66 kt in Q3FY19 to 41 kt in same quarter previous year, an increase of 59% driven by the continuous ramp-up of the new CCR-3 facility.

The company’s aluminium units across the country encompass the entire gamut of operations from bauxite mining, alumina refining, aluminium smelting to downstream rolling, extrusions, foils and alloy wheels, along with captive power plants and coal mines.
