Oil & Natural Gas Corporation informs the cessation of director
Date: 08-08-2012Oil & Natural Gas Corporation has informed that the tenure of Anita Das, independent director of the company has ceased with effect from August 04, 2012 after expiry of the term of three years from the date of her joining of ONGC Board i.e. effective from August 05, 2009.
Further, the company has informed that, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India vide letter dated August 04, 2009 had appointed Anita Das as non-official part time director of the company for a period of 3 years from the date of joining of board of ONGC.
