Date: 16-02-2019Further to notification dated 22 January 2019 regarding the signing of definitive agreement for acquiring the remaining 26% stake in Cyient DLM, Cyient has informed that the transaction was consummated on February 15, 2019. Post to this acquisition, Cyient OLM has now become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
