SKS Logistics board will consider financial results
Date: 08-08-2012SKS Logistics has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on August 14, 2012, to take on record the unaudited financial results (with limited review) for the quarter ended June 30, 2012, the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2012 and to recommend the dividend if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2012.
Further, the board will fix the date of the annual general meeting of the company and the date of book closure for the purpose of AGM/Dividend.
