Tricom India board will consider financial results
Date: 08-08-2012Tricom India has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on August 14, 2012, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2012 and the conversion of 50,00,000 warrants into equity shares of Rs. 2 each which was earlier issued on May 14, 2012 will also take into consideration and approval by the board.
