Cantabil Retail India approves resignation of cost auditor
Date: 09-08-2012Cantabil Retail India has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 08, 2012, has considered and approved the resignation of M/s A.K. Associates, cost auditor of the company appointed under section 233B of the Companies Act, 1958 and appointed M/s Aggarwal Ashwani K. & Associates cost auditor under section 233B of the Companies Act, 1958.
Further, the board considered and approved the re-appointment of Vijay Bengal, chairman cum managing director, Deepek Bansal and Anil Bansal, as whole time directors of the company.
