Date: 09-08-2012Bajaj Finance has informed that the allotment committee of the board of directors at its meeting held on August 09, 2012 has allotted 75,000 shares of Rs. 10 each to BFL Employee Welfare Trust under the BFL Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 at the applicable grant prices.
Out of these 75,000 shares, 1000 shares are re-issued / allotted from the 1000 shares which were forfeited by the board of directors vide resolution passed at its meeting held on January 13, 1998.
