Compuage Infocom to exit out of its non core business

Compuage Infocom has received an approval to exit out of Adit E-Commerce and Greenvision Technologies, subsidiary companies as they are not in line with the company’s core distribution business. The board at its meeting held on August 09, 2012 has approved for the same. Further, the board has formed a committee to execute the above transaction in the best interest of the company.
