Transformers and Rectifiers (India) approves re-appointment of directors
Date: 10-08-2012Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has informed that the members at the 18th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on August 08, 2012, have approved the adoption of the audited balance sheet as at March 31, 2012 and the profit and loss account for the year ended as on that date and reports of auditors and directors thereon.
Further, the board re-appointed of Sureshchandra Agarwal and Karuna Momtora as directors of the company, also appointed M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, chartered accountants, Ahmedabad, as statutory auditors of the company and Vinod Masson as an executive director of the company.
