Date: 10-08-2012Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has informed that the board of directors of the company at its Meeting held on August 08, 2012 has accepted the resignation of Michael Homawalla as an independent director of the company.
Further, the board of directors has appointed Sureshchandra Agarwal as a chairman of the audit committee in place of Michael Homawalla.
