Subex approves re-appointment of MD cum CEO
Date: 10-08-2012Subex has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 09, 2012, has discussed and approved the re-appointment of Subash Menon as the managing director & CEO for a period of 5 years from October 01, 2012 to September 30, 2017, subject to approval of the members at the forthcoming AGM.
Further, the board approves resignation of Ramanathan J. as the company secretary and appointed Vinay M. A. as the company secretary & compliance officer of the company. Ramanathan J. will continue in his capacity as the vice president- finance.
