Keynote Corporate Services board recommends dividend
Date: 10-08-2012Keynote Corporate Services has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 09, 2012, recommended dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, (i.e. 15%) and re-appointed of Uday S. Patil, as whole time director of the company for further period of three years with effect from November 12, 2012.
Further, Nirmal Suchanti tendered his resignation from the board of directors of the company. The board of directors accepted the resignation of Nirmal Suchanti, as chairman of the company and also as chairman of shareholders / investor's grievance committee of the company with effect from August 09, 2012. The board placed on record appreciation for the services and guidance rendered by Nirmal Suchanti, during his tenure as a member of the board of directors.
