Reliance Industries Ltd.

Reliance Industries (RIL) has raised Rs 7,000 crore through allotment of 70,000 listed Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating Rs 7,000 crore (PPD Series J), issued on private placement basis. The date of allotment was March 8, 2019 at coupon rate of 8.30% per annum.
