Berger Paints India informs re-appointment of alternate directors
Date: 10-08-2012Berger Paints India has informed that Kanwardip Singh Dhingra and Rishma Kaur have automatically vacated office of alternate directorship pursuant to provisions of Section 313 of the Companies Act, 1956 on August 01, 2012, on the return of the original directors and were re-appointed as alternate directors to Gurbachan Singh Dhingra and Kuldip Singh Dhingra respectively, effective 3rd and 4th August, 2012.
