FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 10 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2231.30 crore against gross sell of Rs 1913.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 317.40 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 85.60 crore with gross sales of Rs 28.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 57.40 crore in debt.
