Date: 11-08-2011

Tata Motors, automobile major is planning 100 exclusive utility vehicle (UV) showrooms across the country as a part of its enhanced focus on the segment. The eastern region will get 20, with West Bengal bagging eight of them.

The showrooms will be set up by the dealers; the company will not incur any expenses. The company was in the process of exploring new export markets for its latest launch.

Recently, Tata Motors has launched its new premium car Aria 4x2. The Tata Aria 4x2 range will be available from Rs 11.85 lakh onwards (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The car is a new addition to Tata’s range of premium luxury cars and is a combination of a sedan and an SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) blended into one.
