Eros International Media board considers appointment of CS cum CO
Date: 11-08-2012Eros International Media has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 10, 2012, has considered appointment of new company secretary and compliance officer of the company and shall inform the exchange about the same once the new appointee joins the organization and till that time the existing company secretary and compliance officer, Rajesh Bhatia shall assume that position.
