Date: 13-08-2012Indus Finance Corporation has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from September 19, 2012 to September 28, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on September 28, 2012 and if the shareholders approve the dividend recommended by the board in the said meeting it will be paid by October 20, 2012.
