Bajaj Finance has raised funds aggregating to Rs 1537.30 crore through allotment of 15373 Secured redeemable Non-Convertibles Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each on Private Placement basics. The date of allotment is March 28, 2019. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2019 has approved and allotted the same.
