HCL Technologies has completed acquisition of Strong-Bridge Holdings, Inc. (doing business as Strong-Bridge Envision or SBE) with effect from April 01, 2019.  It’s a digital transformation consulting firm with offices in Seattle, Denver, Atlanta, and New York City.

With this acquisition, SBE will become part of HCL's global Digital and Analytics business (HCL Mode 2 services).
