Gayatri BioOrganics accepts resignation of CS
Date: 14-08-2012Gayatri BioOrganics has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 13, 2012, has accepted the resignation of company secretary and appointed C.V. Rayudu, whole time director as compliance office of the company till the appointment of new company secretary.
Further, the board approved and adopted the new logo and brand guidelines of Gayatri Group which will be implemented with effect from August 20, 2012.
