Tata Global Beverages has reported unaudited results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2011.

The company’s net profit after tax for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 zooms by 355.02% at Rs 164.49 crore as compared to Rs 36.15 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. Its total income increased 14.50% at Rs 525.92 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 459.31 crore for the same quarter last year.

On consolidated basis, the Group has posted a growth of 253.20% in its net profit at Rs 160.92 crore as compared to Rs 45.56 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. Its total Income has increased by 6.54% at Rs 1472.52 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1382.14 crore for the similar quarter of the previous year.
