Tanla Solutions has completed the acquisition of Karix Mobile (Karix) as per the signed Share Purchase Agreement. Pursuant to completion of aforementioned acquisition, Karix becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and Unicel Technologies (a wholly owned subsidiary of Karix) becomes the step-down subsidiary of the company with effect from April 10, 2019.
