Sri Arumuga Enterprise approves appointment of director
Date: 16-08-2012Sri Arumuga Enterprise has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 14, 2012, have approved the appointment of Vaibhav Duvvur, as independent additional director on the resignation of S. Venkatachalam, independent director of the company with effect from August 14, 2012.
Further, the board has been reconstituted with T. Rajkumar, chairman and managing director, K. Dhanakumar, director, S. Sanjai, and Vaibhav Duvvur, as independent directors.
