SVC Superchem wholetime director retires

SVC Superchem has informed that G. S. Tiwari has expressed his unwillingness to be re-appointed as the wholetime director of the company at the board meeting held on August 06, 2011. However, he will continue as the director till the ensuing annual general meeting on September 26, 2011.
