NTPC is all set to begin commercial operation at unit-1 of Gadarwara Super Thermal Power Station with 800 megawatt (MW) capacity from midnight April 30, 2019.
With this, the commercial capacity of Gadarwara Super Thermal Power Station, NTPC and NTPC group would become 800 MW, 46,525 MW and 53,666 MW, respectively. The power project is located in Madhya Pradesh.

NTPC is the largest power utility company in India and has presence in Coal, Gas, Solar PV, Hydro and Wind Power Generation and Coal Mining.
