Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 30 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Takeover Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tata Power Company has informed that Ashok S. Sethi has superannuated from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours on April 30, 2019, on completing 65 years of age, as required by the guidelines adopted by the Company for retirement of Executive Directors. Consequently, he has ceased to be COO & Executive Director of the Company effective the said date. The Board and Management have placed on record their appreciation of the valuable contribution made by Sethi during his long association with Tata Power.
