HDFC allots equity shares
Date: 18-08-2012Housing Development Finance Corporation(HDFC) has informed that the corporation on August 17, 2012 allotted 45,94,800 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exchange of 45,94,800 warrants by 60 warrant holders of the corporation.
Further, the corporation has extinguished the said 45,94,800 warrants and the outstanding warrants post the said exchange stands at 1,40,31,995.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs. 304,34,13,780 consisting of 152,17,06,890 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
