Aarti Industries informs the re-designation of chairman and directors
Date: 21-08-2012Aarti Industries has informed that in the constitution of the board of directors of the company with effect from August 16, 2012 in line with succession plan earlier approved and intimated by the company, Chandrakant V. Gogri has retired as chairman and director and has designated as chairman Emeritus in recognition of founder’s contribution to the company and its present status.
Further, Rajendra V. Gogri, vice chairman and managing director has been re-designated as chairman and managing director (CMD) and Rashesh C. Gogri whole-time director, re-designated as the vice chairman & managing director of the company. And Renil R. Gogri has been appointed as whole-time director of the company.
