Alchemist Realty has acquired 100% equity stake in Alchemist Hill Resorts, thereby making the latter its wholly owned subsidiary.

Alchemist Realty engages in the acquisition and development of real-estate and infrastructure facilities in India. Its real estate development projects include commercial and office complexes, convention and entertainment centers, restaurants & hotels, super markets, shopping complexes, and flats.
