Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the Listing Regulations 2015, Coal India has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Thursday, the 30th May 2019 to consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. The Company has already closed its Trading Window under Code Of Internal Procedures And Conduct For Prevention Of Insider Trading In Securities Of Coal India Limited from 3rd April 2019 and it will open after the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on 30th May 2019.
