Bhargava & Co., Chartered Accountants and M/s. Raj Har Gopal and Co., Chartered Accountants as joint statutory auditors of the company for the financial year 2012-13 under section 619(2) of the Companies Act, 1956. The same has been accepted by M/s. Raj Har Gopal and Co., Chartered Accountants and M/s N.K. Bhargava & Co., Chartered Accountants vide their letters dated August 03, 2012 and August 13, 2012 respectively.
