NIIT Technologies allots equity shares under ESOP
Date: 23-08-2012NIIT Technologies has informed that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the company has allotted 39400 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on August 22, 2012. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the company has gone up to 60,029,889 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 600,298,890.
