Tech Mahindra passes resolution for share allotment
Date: 23-08-2012Tech Mahindra has informed the resolution passed by the securities allotment committee of the board of directors of the company on August 22, 2012 for issue and allotment of a total of 15,575 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of the company on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).
