M&M rises on launching ‘Thar 700’

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) is currently trading at Rs. 624.95, up by 0.75 points or 0.12% from its previous closing of Rs. 624.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 627.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 629.10 and Rs. 620.00 respectively. So far 31424 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 992.00 on 30-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 598.00 on 16-May-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 642.90 and Rs. 620.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 77694.37 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 21.51%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 54.93% and 23.56% respectively.

The Thar with its go anywhere capability is a true-blue off-roader and a typical Mahindra breed that exemplifies the company’s rich 4x4 heritage. The Thar 700, a limited special edition of the iconic brand, will be available in an all new Aquamarine colour, in addition to the popular colour of Napoli Black.
