Chhattisgarh Industries changes registered office
Date: 27-08-2012Chhattisgarh Industries has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 25, 2012, has decided to change the registered office of the company from Village Chaple Teshil, Kharsia, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh to Near Balaji Transport Company Opp. Amarnath Dharmkanta Hirapur, Ring Road No. - 2, Raipur, Chhattisgarh - 492099, subject to the approval, of shareholder in the ensuring annual general meeting of the company.
Further, the board proposed the name of M/s. U K RATHI & CO., Chartered Accountants, for the appointment as a new statutory auditor of the company in place of retiring auditor M/s. C S Sarda & Associate, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company.
