Pursuant to BSE Circular No: LlST/COMP/0112019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and NSE Circular No: NSE/CML/2019111 dated April 02, 2019 and in compliance of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, Onward Technologies has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons (Including their immediate relatives) and Insiders with effect from Monday, July 01, 2019 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting wherein the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 would be considered. The date of the Board meeting would be intimated in due course.
