Allied Digital Services has informed that in terms of the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated/ Connected Persons with immediate effect from Monday 1st July, 2019 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 shall be intimated separately.
