Aurionpro Solutions has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 28, 2012 has recommended dividend at the rate of Re. 1 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2012 subject to approval of the same by the members in the forthcoming annual general meeting of the company which shall be paid by the company within 30 days of the annual general meeting.
