Allied Digital Services has reported results for the year ended March 31, 2012.

The company has registered a decline of 89.48% in its net profit at Rs 5.90 crore for the year under review as compared to Rs 56.10 crore in the previous year. The total income from operation of the company has decreased by 22.20% at Rs 406.02 crore for FY12 as compared Rs 521.91 crore in FY11.

The company offers services such as networking and communications, information security solutions, integrated solutions, software solutions, managed services, information technology solutions, technical BPO and gateways.
